Hey there!
My name is Juliette den Hollander and this is my website about dreams. I'm a 15-year-old girl from the Netherlands, and I really enjoy to record my dreams and to learn more about them, which is why I created this website for a school project.
Other hobbies of mine are playing guitar, rollerskating, reading and keeping plants. The reason I put an "about" page on is for you to get to know the person behind the website a little better, as well as the reason this website was created, which I will explain now.
My school is an IB school, and so since I'm in grade 10, I need to do Personal Project. For anyone wondering what that is, it's basically a project you start at the end of grade 9 and finish after around halfway through grade 10. It consists of a topic of your choice for which you need to make a product, which is this website for me, and an essay which you need to write afterwards, reflecting on your process.
Yes, it is very long and quite hard to do with school happening at the same time, but you do start realising what you are good at and where your interests really lie, which might help some people with choosing for university bachelors and all of that. For me, dreams are really just an interest, not something I want to spend the rest of my life on. However, I did start writing down my dreams in dream journals before this project and that is mainly what inspired me to create this website as a response to Personal Project.
